Shipping Policy

At Highveld Furniture, we offer two ways to receive your order:

Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to collect their order directly from our storeroom in Montana, Pretoria, at no charge. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a collection time.

Delivery
We use third-party delivery partners to get orders to customers outside of our pickup area. Delivery costs are not fixed — they're calculated based on your delivery address and quoted to you after checkout, before your order is dispatched. Once a delivery quote is confirmed and paid, we'll arrange collection with our delivery partner and keep you updated on the estimated delivery date.
